RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Training & Qualification Analyst (Administrative & TQP Support) | Technical Qualification Program | Training Analysis | Nuclear Facility Qualification | Assessment & Continuous Improvement [NNSA0013013]

• Apply the systematic approach to training for procurement, development, delivery, evaluation, and program administration.
• Develop and maintain exam banks, qualification standards, qualification cards, individual continuing-training plans, training packages, self-study materials, and course materials.
• Support DOE 426.2 (or successor) assessments under DOE-STD-1070-94.
• Analyze requirements and provide policy, procedure, standards, implementation-plan, meeting, and reporting support for FTCP and TQP.
• Design and evaluate qualification/training for Safety System Oversight, Facility Representative, and Senior Technical Safety Manager programs.
• Mentor Facility Representatives; prepare candidates for written exams, oral boards, evaluated walkthroughs, and final qualification documentation.
• Conduct training needs/position/KSA analyses; acquire, maintain, upgrade, or develop courses; create reporting and continuous-training products.
• Evaluate and implement automation/process-improvement tools for training and qualification workflows.

Senior training and qualification professional with DOE/NNSA or comparable nuclear-facility experience; demonstrated command of the systematic approach to training, technical qualification governance, assessment methods, examination development, qualification standards, and adult learning. Must translate directives into auditable programs, facilitate SMEs and candidates, and deliver defensible technical products independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in training/education, engineering, nuclear science, safety, organizational development, or a related discipline; Master's and relevant certifications preferred. Target 7-10+ years of progressively responsible training/qualification experience, with direct DOE 426.2, DOE-STD-1070-94, FTCP/TQP, SSO, FR, and/or STSM experience strongly preferred.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Primary location: Nevada Support Facility, North Las Vegas; may support NNSS in Mercury. Limited pre-approved CONUS travel and annual/nonrecurring Government training may apply. Government furnishes customary workspace, systems, and access.

• DOE L clearance required and DOE Q where needed; current Q clearance and Nevada/DOE availability are valuable recruiting discriminators. Build a prequalified bench and define a mobilization lead time, minimum order increment, and utilization assumption before pricing.

Other Details

Optional labor-hour FTE ordered only as needed, subject to program-office request and fiscal-year funding availability. Do not assume full utilization in the base case. Work remains subject to onsite/core-hour, security, privacy, and reporting requirements when ordered.
