Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance and Legal positions ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Build robust pipelines of passive talent across accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, legal, compliance, privacy, contracts, employment law, and corporate governance disciplines.
- Conduct recruiter screens and lead calibration discussions to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and hiring criteria.
- Drive a positive and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
