What You'll Do As a Personal Trainer, you'll help members build healthier lifestyles through encouragement, accountability, and expert coaching. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging one-on-one personal training sessions
• Coaching small group training programs
• Teaching safe and effective exercise technique
• Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans
• Tracking progress and celebrating member successes
• Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member
• Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through client retention and referrals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification
