Salary: $115,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 3-5 years of experience in data, business intelligence, or analytics, with a record of delivering advanced analysis and actionable recommendations.
• We need a bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, computer science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• We need advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• We value familiarity with data modeling, cleaning, and transformation best practices.
• Exposure to Python for analysis, modeling, automation, and pipeline optimization is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, and forecasting is a plus.
• We need strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets, manage large-scale projects, and uphold data quality and reporting consistency.
• We need strong business acumen, including financial modeling and an understanding of operational metrics.
• We need critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle strategic business challenges.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to executive and non-technical audiences.

• We analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and key business drivers across areas such as fraud prevention, customer care, and logistics.
• We build and maintain an integrated dashboard and reporting ecosystem across tools like Tableau and Redash.
• We partner with cross-functional leaders to solve business challenges and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• We translate business needs into intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decisions.
• We own recurring KPI tracking, monitoring, and communication, including investigating variances and explaining findings to leadership.
• We develop and maintain financial models that inform resource allocation, cost optimization, and performance improvements.
• We establish and maintain a central source of truth for company-wide metrics, ensuring consistency in definitions, data sources, and reporting methods.
• We identify opportunities to automate reporting and scale dashboard creation through reusable frameworks and templates.
• We continuously improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and the impact of our analytical outputs.
• We mentor junior analysts and help spread analytical best practices across teams.
• We stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to sharpen our analysis and recommendations.

Compensation is geographically structured, with a posted salary of $128,000 in New York and $115,000 in Illinois.
