Germain Volvo Cars Land Rover North Hills Parts Coordinator Wexford, PA Full-time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm $15-$17 per hour based on experience At Germain, our mission is to attract, develop and retain exceptional people to deliver an outstanding experience that creates loyalty beyond reason, one customer at a time. As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts within the service shop. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our service team by managing parts inventory and facilitating smooth operations on a daily basis. Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts to various departments and service technicians promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and delivery status.
• Assist in organizing and stocking parts in the warehouse as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize and manage parts requests.
• Learn Parts Counter role to fill in/assist during peak hours/vacations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an automotive or parts delivery role is a plus.
