Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator - Mount Juliet

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator to work with Geodis in Mount Juliet. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency by safely managing the movement, storage, and distribution of products within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Dock Stocker forklift
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck forklift
• Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights
• Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend throughout the shift

Desirable Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Experience operating Yale-brand forklifts
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Experience with WMS systems and inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety record

Role for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Safely receive, store, and distribute materials according to company and customer guidelines
• Operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts to move products efficiently
• Stack and stage inventory throughout the warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
