We have a current opening for a Workforce Specialist and are actively reviewing applications.
This position will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing lines are appropriately staffed to meet production requirements while maintaining compliance with collective bargaining agreement provisions. This position serves as the central point of coordination between Operations, Human Resources, Scheduling, and hourly employees to manage daily workforce coverage, employee call-offs, overtime assignments, shift vacancies, and staffing adjustments.
The role requires the ability to interpret and apply union contract language, seniority requirements, job bid processes, and employee qualification standards while balancing operational needs and labor compliance. The Workforce Specialist directly impacts production continuity, labor efficiency, overtime administration, and workforce utilization.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$66,560 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
