If you’re looking to join a fast-moving, product-driven team and create apps loved by millions, you’re in the right place. You will be the owner of our apps’ social media presence: deciding what we should say, where we should say it, how we should show up, and what we should test next.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end: scouting, deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring professional yet dynamic communication.
- Own the social media roadmap and content strategy across our apps, translating business and growth goals into clear channel plans, content pillars, and experiments.
- Build a continuous pipeline of platform-native content ideas, formats, hooks, and experiments based on trends, audience insights, and performance data.
- Engage with communities through comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
- Analyze and report campaign results, structuring insights with a data-driven, performance-oriented approach.
- Use dashboards, panels, and social media tools effectively for campaign management.
- Apply basic editing skills to support content production as needed.
- Leverage AI tools actively in daily workflows to move faster and smarter
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, having run the full 360° process end-to-end from strategy to execution.
- High potential, ambitious, sharp mind: you don't wait for instructions, you make things happen.
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent follow-through; someone who can own projects and keep them moving without hand-holding.
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of creator economics; able to evaluate creator pricing, negotiate effectively, and structure partnerships based on expected performance rather than follower count alone.
- Sharp eye for how organic creator content connects with paid acquisition; able to identify winning UGC and collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to turn it into scalable paid creatives.
- Familiarity with creator whitelisting, paid amplification, content licensing, usage rights, exclusivity, and influencer disclosure requirements.
- A team player who collaborates smoothly and communicates with energy and clarity.
- Strong design sensibility and an eye for art/aesthetics: you know what looks good and why.
- Deep familiarity with what's trending on social media, particularly in the US market .
- A good read on social media psychology: you understand what makes people stop, engage, and share.
- Structured thinker with strong analytical skills; you enjoy making sense of numbers and reports.
- Gen Z mindset: up-to-date with trends, memes, and the ever-changing social media landscape.
- Comfortable working at a startup-style pace: proactive, self-directed, fast, and responsive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
