Position OverviewLead administrative program support and business automation activities for an anticipated ICE Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead program management and business automation support activities and track deliverables.Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, documentation standards, and administrative workflows.Manage digital libraries, SharePoint collaboration sites, and records organization.Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, taskers, and action items.Prepare briefings, activity reports, correspondence, and management presentations.Perform quality assurance reviews and help improve compliance and consistency.Support dashboards, stakeholder communications, and training on documentation standards.Use Government-approved generative AI tools where authorized.Required QualificationsExperience in program administration, documentation, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.Advanced Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint skills.Ability to manage concurrent assignments and produce polished executive documentation.Experience with records management, meeting coordination, and SOP development.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Eight or more years in administrative or program management roles, preferably federal.DHS/ICE documentation experience, Section 508 knowledge, Tableau reporting, and compliance reviews.LocationWashington, DC / Northern Virginia Metropolitan AreaWork ArrangementPrimarily onsite; hybrid subject to Government approvalEmployment TypeFull-time; contingent upon contract award
