Impulse Space is seeking a Senior Counsel, Head of Government Contracts , to serve as the company’s in-house expert on U.S. government and defense contracting. This senior role is central to Impulse’s mission of advancing in-space transportation, providing strategic legal counsel across the full lifecycle of government programs.
The Senior Counsel will advise executives and cross-functional teams on all aspects of government contracts and subcontracts, including prime and subcontractor relationships. Responsibilities include:
