At Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation, we're looking for an RN Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator to help train, mentor, and develop our nursing team.

You don't necessarily need to already have the title “Staff Development Coordinator.”
If you've worked as a:
RN Preceptor
Nurse Educator
⚕️ Charge Nurse
Experienced Bedside RN who trains new nurses
Clinical Resource Nurse
RN Mentor
...you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.
We're interested in an RN who is clinically strong, approachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping other healthcare professionals become better at what they do.
As our RN Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, you'll help build and maintain a knowledgeable, confident nursing team through orientation, education, competency development, mentoring, and ongoing clinical support.
This isn't simply a classroom position.
You'll be visible in the building, connected to the nursing team, and actively involved in helping employees succeed.
Previous experience as a Nurse Educator, Staff Development Coordinator, RN Preceptor, Charge Nurse, Clinical Resource Nurse, or nursing leader is a plus.
Experienced bedside RNs with a strong interest in education and staff development are encouraged to apply.
