Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Friday )

• We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious production operators to join our manufacturing team
• Operate and monitor machinery
• In this role, you will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of products and equipment within the facility
• Support production and skilled trade teams with various duties as assigned
• This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets
• Execute daily and weekly operator Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on assigned machines and equipment

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven experience with Hoist and Crane 
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
