Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong healthcare domain experience to drive product vision, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for healthcare technology initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience working as a Product Owner within a healthcare organization, payer, provider, PBM, or healthcare technology environment.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience
• Current or recent healthcare project experience is required
• Strong experience working with healthcare payers, providers, PBMs, or healthcare technology
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog
• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UX, and Scrum teams
• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement
• Translate complex healthcare business requirements into actionable user stories
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Track product outcomes, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
