Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (hybrid)

Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will play a key role in consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables, analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, and collaborate with client personnel to meet objectives. This role requires a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet Business Execution deliverables.
• Leverage a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support Agile product delivery, including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements from stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to define solutions and manage the backlog.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational risk requirements during solution design.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Lending, CRM, or related financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with wholesale or institutional banking processes.
• Experience supporting lending lifecycle, deal management, credit workflows, relationship management, or operational workflows.
• Exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce/nCino, Microsoft Dynamics 365, LoanIQ, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and workflow/integration platforms.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and product delivery practices.

Pay Range: $55-$60/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
