3D Cinematic Animator (Contractor)

Paradoxum Games is looking for a Cinematics Animator to craft compelling cutscenes, narrative moments, and in-game cinematics for our Roblox projects. This role is ideal for someone who can combine storytelling and animation craft—building sequences that feel immersive, emotional, and visually engaging, while working within the technical limits of Roblox Studio and R6 rigs.
You’ll collaborate closely with our narrative, design, and art teams to ensure cinematic sequences enhance both the storytelling and the overall player experience.
Animate cutscenes, story moments, and cinematic sequences using Roblox-compatible rigs.
Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough animatics into polished, cinematic animation.
Work with camera tools and staging inside Roblox Studio to achieve cinematic framing and visual storytelling.
Ensure characters convey strong performance, emotion, and body language, even within stylized Roblox proportions.
Collaborate with the Lead Video Producer, Art Director and Narrative team to maintain consistency with the game’s tone and style.
Optimize sequences for performance and smooth playback in Roblox Studio.
Iterate quickly on feedback and balance storytelling needs with technical constraints.
