Salary: $104,550 - 141,450 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering preferred
• We require 5+ years of related work experience with a bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience with a masters degree for Level 3
• We prefer a bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
• We prefer experience in electronic system design, coding, and testing
• We prefer experience developing or integrating mission systems for military aircraft
• We prefer experience with requirements management tools
• We prefer experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) practices
• We prefer experience working with Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• We prefer experience designing requirements with customers and documenting them
• We prefer experience analyzing system data
• We prefer experience working on Agile teams and using Jira
• We prefer strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, including an active interim pre-start clearance and final Secret clearance post-start
• We require U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status for export control compliance
• We require candidates to live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense, as relocation assistance is not provided

Responsibilities:

• We apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts to our work
• We develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements aligned with customer and contract needs
• We prepare statements of work and technical performance specifications
• We analyze, translate, and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications while maintaining lifecycle traceability
• We test and validate designs to confirm operational and functional performance
• We resolve product integration issues and production anomalies
• We support fielded hardware and software throughout the full product lifecycle
• We investigate emerging technologies and develop concepts for future product designs that address projected needs
• We monitor supplier performance to ensure integration and compliance with requirements
• We design hardware, software, and interface specifications
• We solve issues related to fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle
• We research technology advances for possible application to our business needs
