Litigation Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate and business litigation matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage cases from initial filing through resolution
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation strategies
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Virginia Bar membership
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and land use matters is a plus
