Pay: $12–$15/hour + Tips + Productivity Incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required
Experience: 2+ Years of Hair Cutting Experience
Requirement: Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an experienced Hair Salon Stylist to join a busy, established salon in Mt. Orab.
This is a great opportunity for a licensed stylist who enjoys working with clients, wants a steady customer base, and is interested in career growth and potential leadership opportunities .
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide professional haircuts and styling services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build repeat clientele.
• Maintain strong technical and hair-cutting standards.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon leadership.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License .
• 2+ years of hair-cutting experience.
• Strong technical and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Flexible, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Previous salon management experience is a plus.
