The Fellow is a practitioner-level role within the ProSidian Fellowship Program for professionals with relevant consulting, technical, analytical, operational, training, research, business-development, project-support, or client-service experience who want to contribute to professional-services opportunities through an established consulting platform.
Fellows may support multiple stages of the consulting lifecycle. Before an engagement is awarded, they may research clients and markets, support opportunity qualification, contribute technical or management content, assist with proposals, identify talent, prepare presentations, provide specialist insight, or support business-development activities.
Following award, Fellows may serve as consultants, analysts, specialists, researchers, trainers, facilitators, technical writers, program-support professionals, subject-matter experts, or client-facing delivery team members. The role is designed for self-directed professionals who consistently produce high-quality work, communicate reliably, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate the potential to assume broader pursuit, technical, client-facing, project-management, or leadership responsibilities over time.

Education and qualification requirements are assignment-specific and may include an associate or bachelor’s degree, equivalent relevant professional experience, formal professional training, technical or industry certifications, professional licenses, security clearances, specialized technical credentials, and other client-required
Some engagements may require specific degrees or professional credentials, while others may accept equivalent professional experience based on applicable labor-category, client, or contract requirements. Education and experience requirements are confirmed at the task-order, solicitation, or engagement level. The primary qualification is the ability and willingness to convert expertise into professional-services value.
