We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Document Entry Clerk to enter, organize, update, and maintain documents and information in company systems. This is an easy, entry-level remote position suitable for someone who is comfortable working independently and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Review documents and check information for errors or missing details.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
• Update existing records when information changes.
• Convert information from documents into digital formats.
• Follow simple instructions and established data-entry procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with team members when clarification is needed.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to type accurately and follow written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, or similar software.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer.
• Previous data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required .
• Training can be provided for qualified candidates.
