Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) - Review, code, and enter vendor invoices using 3-way matching.
- Schedule and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable (AR) - Create and issue accurate customer invoices, billing statements, and credit memos.
- Post incoming cash, checks, and electronic payments to correct accounts.
- Track aging reports, perform collections outreach, and resolve billing disputes.
General Accounting & Admin - Reconcile AR/AP sub-ledgers and bank accounts for month-end close.
- Process credit card statements, expense reports, and maintain organized audit files.
