Car sales, without the car-sales schedule $75,000–$150,000 a year on commission. A 40-hour week. Your birthday off. Holidays off. • Greet and assist every customer on the showroom floor and the lot
• Ask good questions, actually listen, and land customers on the right vehicle
• Present and demo new and used inventory — features, options, benefits
• Run the full sales process to company standards, from handshake to close
• Prep sold units for delivery and make the handoff memorable
• Follow up after the sale to protect CSI and build your repeat book
• Maintain a prospect development system
• Work with the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews

What we're looking for:

• Spanish fluency (required) — a growing share of our buyers prefer to do the deal in Spanish, and it's part of why this desk earns
• Dealership experience is a huge plus — but we'll train the right person
• Comfortable on commission: your effort writes your check
• High energy through the whole sales day; friendly under pressure, steady through objections and pencil time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Internet, email, and computer literate
• Clean and valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen
