Job Description:

This position works with the operations pharmacist, operations supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. Responsible for maintaining stock in the warehouse area in a clean and organized manner, conducting physical inventory and daily cycle counts, and restocking pharmacy picking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for picking.
• Assist in the packing and shipping of medications.
• Track shipped packages and ensure patient receipt; report any undelivered packages.
• Organize daily shipping reports for review by the Branch Manager.
• Receive non-pharmaceuticals via back dock.
• Place purchase orders and assist in receiving inventory.
• Track and reconcile inventory balances.
• Select products and supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
• Manage pharmaceutical product levels and maintain adequate levels for dispensing.
• Manage returned goods according to SOP guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner.
• Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts.
• Restock pharmacy picking areas.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Purchasing and data entry experience preferred.
• Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers.
• *** Must have a Pharmacy Tech license that is active and unrestricted for PA
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to use a 10-key pad and type at least 20 WPM.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack (preferred).
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, walk).
