APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

WE'RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Eden Park Apartments is a 324-home community in Brooklyn Park looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

If you know your way around HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and general repairs, we want to hear from you.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Complete resident service requests and maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, painting, and general building systems.
• Complete apartment turns and make-readies between residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Help maintain the property's buildings, common areas, and equipment.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule — approximately 1 week every 7 weeks.

 WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of apartment, residential, facilities, or similar maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and/or carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and get the job done.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.
• EPA, HVAC, Boiler, or CPO certification is a plus, but not required.

 WHAT YOU GET:

• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
